p.5 Section 2.1 Onboarding. New hires receive a laptop on day one. IT sets up every account before the first morning. Your manager books a welcome lunch in the first week.

p.6 Section 2.3 Equipment returns. Equipment must be returned within 5 business days of your last day. Returns go to the front desk, not to IT. Bring the charger and the badge with the laptop.

p.7 Section 2.4 Reissue. Laptops are wiped before reissue. A wiped laptop is held for 30 days before it goes to a new hire.

p.8 Section 3.1 Time off. Full time staff get 20 days of paid time off a year. Requests go to your manager at least two weeks ahead.

p.9 Section 3.2 Remote work. You may work remotely up to two days a week. Tell your team which days in the shared calendar.
